A successful selling effort requires two things:  (1) Pricing the property consistent with current market conditions and (2) Informing the maximum number of potential buyers that your home is for sale

Determining “the right price” has been a core competency of my whole business career.  I know value – in business, securities, and homes.  My pricing analysis is based upon continuous research of the supply and demand for all kinds of homes and condos in the area.

Rest assured, I am not one of those real estate agents who sticks a “for sale” sign in the front yard and then waits for a buyer to come along.  Relying on a sign might work for homes on busy streets, but many properties here are located inside gated communities, which severely limits the number of passersby who might even see it.
